Maintenance Health
This board reviews only RECORDED downtime = cmms work-order hours. Stops with no work order do not appear here. “Now” status: a machine is DOWN only if a work order says so — otherwise it counts as UP, and MES production signal upgrades the label to “producing”.
“Now” status (work order decides; MES confirms)
1cmms work order active & counting as downtime now → DOWN (with reason)
2no such work order → UP. MES production in the last 2h → UP · producing (MES confirms it is running)
3otherwise → UP · idle, with “last run Xh ago” when known. Silence never implies DOWN — without a machine heartbeat we cannot tell idle from broken-but-unreported
⚠⚠ appears when a machine has produced nothing for over 7 days — status stays UP, it is just worth asking about
◌◌ not scheduled — this position is registered as not scheduled for production (who, since when, why). It is neither UP nor DOWN: availability is not computed for it. A work order pointing at it still wins and shows DOWN
⊂A work order opened on a multi-position machine (CAL Gen2, CLN-2) is shown on its positions, not as a machine row. Repairs follow the affected-scope the engineer recorded (released positions stop counting from that moment); PM applies in full to every position. ⚠ Those hours must not be added up across positions — 10h of PM on the machine is 10h on each of its 4 positions, not 40h of downtime.

Downtime calibration
Downtime = work-order processing time. Repair (REACTIVE) counts from open; all other order types count once work starts; “waiting for machine time” and “test run” holds = machine can still produce (not counted); other holds (waiting parts/vendor, etc.) count. Cancelled and voided orders count for nothing — same rule the PM board already uses. Migrated legacy orders (no phase history) count the whole open→complete window. Overlaps are not double-counted. Availability = 1 − downtime within the expected run window ÷ expected run window (new basis since 2026-08-23; time not due to run is not charged to the machine).
